In the event of a material breach of this agreement, which remains un-rectified, after the party not in breach has served a 14-day notice, on the party in breach, the party not in breach may then terminate the agreement by giving a 30-day notice in writing to the other party. — В случае существенного нарушения условий настоящего соглашения, которое не было исправлено, после того, как невиновная в нарушении сторона за 14 дней сообщила об этом виновной стороне, невиновная сторона может прервать действие настоящего соглашения, отправив за 30 дней до этого письменное уведомление другой стороне.
